From visibility to authority.
Building a business-led leadership profile through sector expertise, interviews and relevant media engagement.
The challenge
The campaign set out to move from visibility towards authority. Its narrative spanned hospitality and realty, leadership and lifestyle, sports, and bullion. The communication task was to connect these different dimensions without reducing the profile to a series of unrelated appearances or business announcements.
For Aksha Kamboj, identified in the campaign as Executive Chairperson of Aspect Global Ventures, the opportunity was to make both the person and her business perspective visible: her leadership journey, her sector knowledge and her views on women's participation in business.
The strategic choice
Carmine organised the programme around a connected leadership narrative. Business developments provided context; interviews and authored perspectives created room to explain decisions, discuss industry issues and express a recognisable point of view.
The women-entrepreneur dimension was part of that business story, not a substitute for it. Leadership experiences sat alongside substantive conversations about hospitality, bullion and financial participation.
Narrative scope
Hospitality & realty — business developments and sector expertise.
Leadership & lifestyle — the leadership journey and personal perspective.
Sports — youth-oriented engagement within the wider narrative.
Bullion — market knowledge and industry commentary.
What Carmine did
Connect the leadership story — brought profiles and interviews together with sector themes, keeping the leader, her perspective and the businesses she represents at the centre of the narrative.
Put expertise into the conversation — used opinion content and commentary to make sector knowledge visible, including an authored bullion-market article and an interview on women's changing relationship with gold.
Link business developments to leadership — connected hospitality activity with business coverage and interviews on restaurant formats and expansion priorities, alongside reporting on launches and dining concepts.
Include a woman leader's perspective — made room for conversations about leadership, negotiation and women's financial participation, grounded in the sectors and decisions relevant to the business.
What the work achieved
Selected coverage shows Aksha Kamboj as a leadership interview subject, a bullion-market author, a commentator on women and gold, and a business leader discussing hospitality expansion.
Examples in Hotelier India, The Hindu businessline, News18 and ET HospitalityWorld connect the individual leadership profile with the business context.
The clearest visible result is the range and substance of the narrative: business news sits alongside leadership interviews and industry viewpoints, rather than carrying the entire profile on its own.

Leadership authority needs more than being seen. It needs a relevant point of view. For women entrepreneurs and business leaders, a useful PR programme connects the individual's story with demonstrable knowledge and business decisions. Carmine's role is to bring those elements into a clear, credible narrative.
